  • The construction cost is purely indicative estimate. The actual cost of construction shall be decided prior to the commencement of the activity and shall depend on the size of the project, modifications in building design, modifications in the floor plan, specifications adopted, height of structure, infrastructure installations etc.
  • Any increase/decrease in the construction cost shall be to the members account and shall be in the line with market scenario.
  • All the floor plans, Size, specification and dimensions are indicative and are subjected to change as decided by competent authorities
